Those who enjoy watching RAW & SMACKDOWN and if they are a serious wrestling fan, then you'll most defenitly want to sink your teeth into THQ's SMACKDOWN: SHUT YOUR MOUTH! for the Playstation 2 console. Each SD game THQ has produced they have gotten better and better, and SYM is no exception. From the beginning to the end SYM deilevers it all! From those "time eaters" were the wrestlers run dat mouth about whose better than who, to those devastating DDT's (and I've had WAYY too many of those), and painful chokelslams.

The game has many different matches that you see on TV (hell in the cell, royal rumble, and the awesome TLC matches). Each match has their own set of rules. The game also offers all the up-to-date arenas (RAW, SD, and including all the PPV's) Season mode is where it's at! THQ gives an outstanding performance in storyline and makes it for us die hard wrestlers hard to put this game down.

Given alone this game will take you nearly a month to finish due to the long content and multiple choices you can do. Even once you finish season mode, it's still not over. The only way to unlock stuff (such as new arenas/aka PPV's) is to play season mode again. Like in the previous SD's, you can create your wrestler which is a very cool feature. The game supports 4 players and a must for this game. SYM almost has it all, but unlike anything else its the best wrestling game to date. I am very anxious for THQ next game...Here comes the pain, which is schedule to come out in Late October.

GRAPHICS 1.000/1.000 (THQ pushes the limits, the PS2 can't get any better)

SOUND .900/1.000 (Great music, commentary could be a tad bit better, and hearing pain from the wrestlers would be good too)

CONTROL1.000/1.000 (They've revamped the counter system a bit, but the control like other SD's are the same and it does NOT need to change).

STORYLINE .900/1.000 (Females don't really interact in the game, there isn't even a women's champ in this version. Other than that, everything else was well done!)

GAMEPLAY 1.000/1.000 (I had no issues. Season mode puts you to the limit [ugh Survivor Series was so fun!] You will be spent. Best wrestling game out there currently).
