I've played many strange games. Okage: The Shadow King [which means the same thing by the way], is very strange game. Okage most strongest aspect is its storyline. I've never played such a bizarre game in terms of storyline. Here's a slight taste: You are a young boy named Ari, your sister becomes curse by a demon and can only speak in pig latin (some curse :P). Your father found a strange bottle many years ago, so your family decides to hold a seance. Bringing back an evil demon name Stan who can remove the curse but under one condition, he must take over someone's shadow and wants that person to do his every bidding to restore all his power back to his natural form. Naturally, you go on along with it and the story gets more strange from here. The game is very funny and over acted but not dumb (kinda like Scream but actually a GOOD version of it.) Perhaps the weak point in the storyline department is that your character picks choices, he doesn't really 'say' anything. Okage is not a long game, but the story will keep you wanting to play. Each character is well done and have a great persona to them. A good $20-30 game.

Graphics: 1.000/1.000 (Cool looking clay mation type graphics or sorta like that Nightmare of Christmas movie)

Sound: 1.000/1.000 (ODDEST music even the ending credits but it goes with theme of the game)

Control: 1.000/1.000 (I had nothing to complain about control)

Storyline: 1.000/1.000 (I'd love the story beyond anything else, just play the game and see for yourself, its what made me finish the game :P)

Gameplay: 0.300/1.000 (Here's where the downfall of the game might hit. It's not a long RPG (less than 30 hours that's usually low in my book), bosses are pretty tough though, once you have enough money restore hp isn't a problem because you can stock up on items like mad, the camera angles can be a pain simply because you can't zone out/in, constant battle encounters, but you can easily run away from each battle, it's just tedious. This game is very fun still despite the flaws.)

Totals: 4.300/5.000
