For those into classics, look no further! Atari Anniversary Advance for the GameBoy Advance is a great game to take along for the ride when your into the urge to play some good old classics. Whether your at home (hey power failure ahh!!), at work (so slow and bored), takin a shit or what not, there's nothing like popping in a good classic. Atari Advance has six games for you to play. They include Asteroids, Battlezone, Centipede, Missile Command, Super Breakout, and Tempest.

All games are great and work well to their controls. Each game has their own options to set up and you can take turns with a buddy beside you as well. The main reason why I purchased this product was because of Centipede (which is done extremely well). The only two games that have a "touch up" on graphics are Centipede and Missile Command. The remaining games look in Atari 5200/7200 graphic style. The sound is great and there's no complaints there. Perhaps the only game that is a bit out is SUPER BREAKOUT. It maybe because of the small screen or the control. But something doesn't fit right when I play this port of the game.

Additionally, you can also get educated in this version. There's a 7th game also on this version. This is a trivia game to test your knowledge. While it is a small edition, it isn't worthwhile. Control and everything else works great with the Atari Advance and this is a great classic to take on the go. If you see it for a good 20 bucks, you are in for good treat! The only game that might be missing is PONG which is by far a classic. Considering the power of the GBA, more games should been added to this game. Perhaps we'll see an Atari Advance 2??
